Originally founded in 2003, Beniva Corp is recognized as a Not for Profit entity in the State of California (Corporate Entity # C3104794)

Beniva Corp is classified under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 27-0198851).  Contributions we receive are deductable under 170 of the code.  We are also qualified to recieve tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers and gifts under section 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Code.

Currently 100% of donations to Beniva Corp go directly to the organizations which we support.    Beniva Corp is made up entirely of volunteers who believe in the organizations we are raising money for.
